The challenge

What wasn’t working

Visitor traffic in a sensitive public institution needed reliable entry/exit logging, searchable history and reports — not paper lists at the door. Accountability gaps appeared whenever leadership asked who was in the building and when. We designed a registry fit for institutional ops, not a generic visitor guestbook.

What we built

Our answer

We delivered a dedicated visit-registry system: register arrivals and departures, keep an auditable trail and produce operational reports for building security and administration. Access and records stay under controlled roles. Digital Transformation here meant replacing fragile door lists with software staff actually use.

Results

What changed

Institutional ops with a clear visit record instead of ad-hoc notes — accountability at the door and reports when leadership asks. Security and administration share one searchable history. The building gained a system of record for visits that survives staff turnover.

Capabilities in play

How it was built

Capabilities in play: Enterprise Software for a public-sector building system, Security through access control and audit-ready visit trails, Data & Analytics for operational reporting, and Digital Transformation from paper door lists to a trusted digital registry.
