SarAI Lab is a software and technology company from Sarajevo — shipping SaaS products and client systems for energy, events, education, retail, AI workflows and public institutions across Bosnia and Herzegovina, Europe and international markets.
What we are not
We are not a marketing studio, a bench of rented developers, or a firm that wraps a chatbot and calls it a product. We take on systems that have to run — and we stay responsible for the outcome, not the timesheet.
Why Sarajevo
Sarajevo has always been a meeting of East and West — worlds joining, not choosing sides. That is the work we do: from this city, for clients anywhere. The Hum tower in our mark stands above the ridge — elevation and signal. Festina Lente, the looped bridge, is how we ship: hurry, slowly.
