How we approach it

For organisations whose “system of record” is still a fragile file, a phone chain or one person’s head. We map how work really flows, price the leak (time, revenue, risk), then replace it with software teams adopt willingly — phased rollout, training included, no big-bang cutover. Transformation is not a slogan here; it is a migration playbook with a named owner on both sides.

Common questions

Where does a digital transformation start?

With a process map and a number, not with a tool. We spend the first phase watching how the work is done, then price what the current way costs in hours, errors and lost revenue. If that number is small, we say so — some processes genuinely deserve to stay on paper for another year.

Our staff resist new software. How do you handle that?

Resistance is usually a design review nobody asked for. We involve the people who do the work while the system is still changeable, roll out to one team first, and keep the old process available in parallel until the new one is faster for them, not only for management.

What happens to years of data in our spreadsheets?

It gets migrated, cleaned and reconciled — and the messy part is stated up front. Historical data almost always contains duplicates and contradictions that nobody noticed while it lived in separate files; deciding what is authoritative is a business decision we bring to you, not one we quietly make for you.
