React Native app for kindergarten staff and parents — real-time activity updates, invoicing and day-to-day administration in one place.
Parents had little live visibility into their child’s day; administration ran on paper and chat threads that did not scale. Staff juggled activity notes, billing and attendance across tools that never shared a single picture. We needed a mobile product both educators and families would open every day — not another brochure app.
Our team shipped a React Native application covering child activity tracking, parent notifications, finance/invoicing for the kindergarten and admin tools for educators. We designed flows for administrators, staff and parents in one product, then took it through Google Play and App Store release. Real-time updates and clear billing visibility replaced scattered chat and paper.
First production release live with 300+ users, including ~170 parents — clearer daily communication and less manual admin load for the kindergarten team. Families see what happened today without calling the front desk; staff spend less time reconstructing the day from notes. The app proved SaaS-style operational patterns on mobile for education.
