Operators needed remote control of machine fleets; consumers needed a simple buy-and-return loop without staff mediation. Configuration, accounts and refunds lived in disconnected tools, so field teams and end users never shared one ecosystem. We were asked to connect fleet ops and the consumer journey end to end.
We delivered a React admin for fleet configuration and accounts alongside a React Native consumer app for QR purchase, bottle return scanning and refunds. Both sides share one product ecosystem so machine settings and consumer actions stay aligned. Cloud-style ops patterns keep remote configuration reliable as the fleet grows.
